(IATA\/IMCO\/RID\/ADR).<\/p>\n                    <p>Die Pr\u00fcfung der Ware erfolgt durch CHEMGO und\/oder den Abnehmer am endg\u00fcltigen Bestimmungsort. CHEMGO sorgt f\u00fcr die umgehende Weiterleitung einer allf\u00e4lligen M\u00e4ngelr\u00fcge an den Lieferanten.<\/p>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <p><strong style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Allgemeine Lieferbedingungen<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <p>Abweichende oder zus\u00e4tzliche Bedingungen, insbesondere solche \ndes Abnehmers, gelten nur mit schriftlicher Zustimmung von \nCHEMGO. Der Abnehmer pr\u00fcft die Ware sofort nach Erhalt. Eine \nallf\u00e4llige M\u00e4ngelr\u00fcge ist schriftlich zu erheben und muss sp\u00e4testens \nnach einer Woche nach Erhalt der Ware bei CHEMGO eingegangen \nsein.<\/p>\n                    <p>F\u00fcr alle Waren, die einer gesetzlichen Gew\u00e4hrleistungspflicht \nunterliegen, wird eine Gew\u00e4hrleistung von einem (1) Jahr ab \nLieferdatum gew\u00e4hrt. F\u00fcr Waren mit begrenzter Haltbarkeit gilt die \nGew\u00e4hrleistung nur bis zum Ablauf des angegebenen \nMindesthaltbarkeits- oder Verbrauchsdatums.<\/p>\n                    <p>Die Ware ist vom Anwender gegebenenfalls entsprechend des vom \nHersteller definierten Einsatzzweckes gem\u00e4ss der \nProduktdokumentation zu verwenden.<\/p>\n                    <p>CHEMGO leitet die M\u00e4ngelr\u00fcge umgehend an den Hersteller \nbeziehungsweise Lieferanten der Ware weiter. CHEMGO unterst\u00fctzt \ndie Parteien bei der Abwicklung des Mangelfalles.<\/p>\n                    <p>Steht der beanstandete Mangel in Zusammenhang mit einer \nLeistung von CHEMGO, beschr\u00e4nkt sich deren Haftung der H\u00f6he \nnach im Maximum auf den Wert der Ware.<\/p>\n                    <p>Die gelieferte Ware bleibt bis zur v\u00f6lligen Bezahlung des Kaufpreises \nund aller sonstigen gegenw\u00e4rtigen oder zuk\u00fcnftigen Forderungen,<\/p>\n                    <p>die uns aus der Gesch\u00e4ftsverbindung gegen den Besteller zustehen, \nunser Eigentum.<\/p>\n                    <p>Alle Bestellungen werden nach aktuellem ISO-ent-sprechendem \nQualit\u00e4tssystem abgewickelt.
